The Do's and The Don'ts

“迎接新家聚会” 活动注意事项

Only Two (2) Homeowners OR Guests may attend the ‘Meet Your New Home Get-Together’ event.

Due to safety reasons, we advise that children do not participate. If for unavoidable reasons, you wish to bring your child/children, they are not allowed to join in the facilities tour and house inspection. Play areas are provided for entertainment of the little ones but one (1) parent will need to supervise them at all time.

All Homeowners will be accompanied by Aspenians at all time during the tour, except for the home inspection, which shall be done at the Homeowner’s own privacy. Homeowners are required to complete the Inventory Checklist during the inspection of their home.

Due to the nature of the Get-Together, the Programme time and sequence are strictly observed and your kind cooperation is much appreciated.

这项 “迎接新家聚会” 活动，每个单位只限两名出席者。

基于安全考量，我们不鼓励儿童出席这项 “迎接新家聚会” 活动。如果基于无法避免的突发状况，您必须携同孩子同行，请见谅他们将无法随同参加公寓设施的团游及进行房子的检测。现场将提供儿童玩乐的游乐区，一名家长必须时刻陪伴左右。

进行团游时，每名屋主都需由一名 Aspen 集团工作人员随身陪同。屋主可以自由进行个别单位检测，但必须完成盘点家居配件清单。

由于这是一项团游活动，参与的屋主必须遵从所定制的活动时间和秩序，以确保整体流程没有偏差。对于您们的配合，我们将给予最大的感激。

Tour starts on time. Kindly be punctual for registration, to collect refreshments and most excitedly to check-in for the Cash Lucky Draw.

Cash Lucky Draw will start on time so do check-in before the cut-off time! Lucky Homeowners will stand a chance to win RM1,000 Cash Prize.

Upon checking in for the Lucky Draw, Homeowners are unable to return to their Home for the session and the rest of the Get-Together. Homeowners are welcomed to return any time after the 4-day event.

现金幸运抽奖将准时开始。所有在截止时间之前到达并办理好手续的幸运屋主才有资格参加此项现金幸运抽奖活动。

在参与现金幸运抽奖活动之后，屋主不得再于同一天重新参与这项 “迎接新家聚会” 活动，或擅自回到各自的公寓单位。屋主们可在这为期四日的 “迎接新家聚会” 活动结束后随意出入。
